Justin Peel, founder of Karektr

Hi, I’m Justin. I make growth feel clearer.

I help ambitious teams see what matters, choose the right move and turn good thinking into useful action.

I learned marketing from the client side.

Before Karektr, I spent more than two decades building brands, leading marketing teams and working out how to turn commercial ambition into something customers actually care about.

I know the pressure behind a brief, the frustration of activity that does not join up and the value of a partner who can make a complicated problem feel workable.

Karektr is the kind of partner I wanted around the table: senior, straight-talking and interested in what happens after the presentation.

How I tend to think about the work.

Good growth rarely needs more noise. It needs a clearer view, a useful decision and people willing to follow it through.

01

Start with people, not channels.

Understand what customers notice, need and choose before deciding what the marketing should do.

02

Find the decision hiding in the noise.

Growth gets easier when a team agrees what matters now and gives it proper attention.

03

Stay close enough to make it real.

The thinking, creative, media and customer experience should keep learning from one another.

What you can expect from a conversation with me.

I will ask the useful questions, listen for what is not being said and help you separate the thing that matters from everything competing for attention.

  • A clearer view of the real growth problem.
  • An honest outside perspective without the theatre.
  • A practical next move your team can act on.
The right growth partner gives your team more than ideas. You gain focus, momentum and the confidence to keep moving forward.
